
Terms and Conditions
1. Mandatory Branding Requirement
Participation in the programme is strictly conditional upon the acceptance and installation of branding materials supplied by Aspira Nigeria Limited.
All selected participants must allow the installation and display of approved branding elements within their business premises.
Branding materials may include, but are not limited to:

Interior brand logos or signage placement

Display of approved promotional materials
-
Other branding elements approved and provided by the Brand Sponsor
All branding installations must be completed and verified before the participant is granted access to the training programme or any associated programme benefits.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from the programme.
2. Store Eligibility
To maintain programme quality, brand consistency, and professional standards, only Fabricare businesses that meet acceptable operational and visual standards will qualify for participation.
Eligibility will be determined based on, but not limited to:

The overall operational structure of the business

Cleanliness and professional presentation of the store

Suitability of the store for branding installations
-
Compliance with industry best practices
Aspira Nigeria Limited reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility of participating stores.
Businesses that do not meet the required operational or visual standards necessary for branding installation or professional representation may not be admitted into the programme.
3. Branding Duration
All participants agree to maintain the installed branding materials for a minimum period of twelve (12) calendar months from the official date of installation.
During this period, participants agree to the following conditions:

Branding materials must not be removed, covered, altered, or relocated without prior written approval from Aspira Nigeria Limited.

Branding materials must remain clearly visible and properly maintained within the store premises.

Participants must ensure that the branding materials are kept in good condition and not damaged, defaced, or obstructed.
Any violation of these requirements may lead to termination of participation in the programme and withdrawal of associated benefits.
