Cancellation Policy
Policy for Online Consultation Sessions with Mr. Eniibukun This policy outlines the terms and conditions guiding participation in the 45-minute Online Consultation Session facilitated by Mr. Eniibukun. All participants are required to carefully read and agree to the following provisions before booking their session. 1. Session Overview Each consultation session runs for 45 minutes. The session is designed to allow participants to ask questions, gain clarity, and receive expert guidance across all aspects of the fabricare industry. Sessions are conducted virtually via the approved online meeting platform. 2. Booking & Confirmation A consultation session is considered booked only after full payment is received. Participants will receive a confirmation email containing the meeting link, date, and time after successful payment. 3. Rescheduling Policy If a participant wishes to move their consultation to a new date, a 20% administrative charge will be deducted from the original fee. The new date and time will be decided at the discretion of the facilitator (Mr. Eniibukun) based on availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made later may not be honoured. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy If a participant cancels their session, 40% of the consultation fee will be deducted, and the balance refunded. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or approved channel). No refund will be granted if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. 5. Facilitator’s Rights The facilitator reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., technical issues, emergencies). In such cases, no fee will be deducted, and a new date will be promptly communicated. The facilitator reserves the right to decline rescheduling if requests are deemed excessive or abusive. 6. Participant’s Responsibilities Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required platform before the session. Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the participant will count against the allocated 45 minutes. The participant’s video must remain on throughout the entire session to maintain engagement, transparency, and effective communication.
